* Exterior Only appraisals are on a 'by quotation' basis as, here in Vermont, we work in many towns where the listers (assessors) office is manned on a part time basis and typically have only a few hours a week where the office is open.  In addition, we work in many towns which have not reassessed in 15-20 years.  As a result, lister's cards can take a week to get and, sometimes, we do not feel comfortable that the information is up to date.  As a result, it literally takes more time for us to complete an exterior only assignment than an interior assignment where we can collect all the relevant property facts through a proper inspection.  Please call us at (802) 775-5916 as we do take these assignments, typically in foreclosure, prospective purchase or estate situations, but need to speak with you about the type of property and location.
